These are hard days because we don’t have a lot going on. We will not go to Kilunga hills until Thursday. We have been thinking about painting our flat. The walls are all cement and plaster is flaking off. They don’t have good tools here to repair anything. Plaster mud is sold in just small boxes we’d have to buy at least 10 do the repair work needed. We have been studying and preparing for our leadership conference at the mission office.
We have gone on some walks and also to the grocery. We received word that Grandma Jo is failing quickly and my heart is struggling. I feel so helpless being so far away. It is hard for us both. I have appreciated the up-dates we are receiving and the kids going to see her and Grandpa. It would be so costly to come home plus I’m afraid Bruce wouldn’t come back.
